F.A.Q`s

How is the booking process going?

We confirm the booking with either full payment or a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% payable 48 hours before the trip.

Deposit can be paid by multiple payment methods, after we send you the official quotation. Payment methods available are direct bank transfer (online transfer), Cash deposit in any bank branch and/or pay via your credit/debit card on POS at our office.

For the booking confirmation of the yacht, you need to secure it by a down payment by deposit.

What if the weather is bad on the day of the cruise?

If a warning has been issued by the concerned Authorities, you will be notified immediately and the sea trip will be rescheduled to the later date.

* Please note that booking will be valid for time period of 1 month.

* Rescheduling is valid for 1 time only.

* No show/late arrival of client on the next rescheduled date will not give any guests more chances for rescheduling. Reservation will be completed at this point.

What is our departure location?

Our location is around 10 minutes’ drive from Port grand near Port of Karachi.

Once your sea travel itinerary is confirmed a dedicated tour guide will be available for you at Port gate to receive you and take care all necessary arrangements.

Can not find my desired package, What to do?

Just provide us with the expected date of trip, preferred timing and let us know all your expectations for the cruise and we will turn your expectation into reality.

Feel free to share your previous experiences and suggestions and everything will be taken care of. Give us the total number of guests and we will recommend the (perfect/Ideal) package.
We can also organize Corporate events, Birthday Celebrations, Anniversaries, Perfect Get to Gather, Proposal on yacht, Wedding/Engagement Events, Getaway Cruise.

Can I bring food and drinks as well as music?

Food and beverages arrangements must be discussed and agreed upon while booking the yachts.

The music system is available on every yacht and guests are allowed to bring their own music in the form of USB or AUX-friendly devices. Mobile devices can be connected via Bluetooth.
